m0sh, I like the wood over the glass myself, always have. Each species will enhance the vapor IMO by adding a crisp distinct difference and even cooling the vapor slightly. I like the denser woods for this reason.

Learned that these tubes perform better when not packed too tight. Packed a couple loads and loose is best. OTA the ID of these are a 1/2" not sure if they will fit others, am sure they are to large for the CRZ.
