Glad to hear you got your Pup out of lockup and are enjoying it so far! Keep up the good work.
Just chillin over here after some long hot days in the shop.. it's been 105°+ most of the week and let me tell ya that will tire you out. :freak:
Like other people mentioned the popular...
You can definitely still use it and it's a (at face value) nicer model than the one you actually ordered.
One thing to note, I think the instructions on that model say to turn the power off before switching from CV and CA modes but realistically you'll probably always want to be CV for the...
Here's the pack of Dogs I've been playing with most recently..
(vintage mini, hot Hickory AirCore, Bocote skinny Twig, Ash Econo-Dog, Bocote mini, Rosewood mini, Bocote inline-mini) :peace:
$75-$85 total
It involves some unique challenges but yes we could probably work with a willow limb and bore it out. If you come across any set them aside and maybe send us a piece to experiment with.
Welcome aboard and welcome to the Dog Pack.
Best wishes for a speedy and gentle reaming...
Hi Dogs, hope you're all enjoying your Tuesday. We're working on pieces for a refresh and will hopefully have those up this evening for you all to enjoy. Just a friendly PSA...
Thanks for all the 'thank you!' messages from everyone regarding the poem mini-Dogs.. we had a bunch of minis...
You definitely don't want to combine a VVPS with a dimmer, it's one or the other with the VVPS being the 'better' solution.
Congrats on the move man, hope you enjoy being in Colorado and welcome back (soon) to the Dog Pack.
I think we've posted some random pics of such over the years...
Hope you feel better soon Vicki!
The Panasonic batteries Melting Pot linked to are what we use as well and find them to be the best all around option. :peace:
Are you talking about the retaining ring?
If so it's a 1/4" internal retaining ring (aka snap ring, aka circlip) and you can find them at most well stocked hardware stores (not the big chain stores usually though) just ask an employee in the hardware department (by the screws, nuts, bolts)...
Thanks for all the great poem submissions everyone.. they were very fun to read through.
We'd like to share them on the website testimonials page, if anyone doesn't want us to do that with theirs please contact Underdogette ASAP. She'll be sending out messages shortly to the winners of the...
Glad to hear your mini is treating you well..
It will depend quite a bit on the particular oil and Dog in question but 8v-11v is a good range to try first. It's a bit subjective though some people like to use full 12v power for their oils.
Welcome aboard, hope you enjoy the new Dog!
Welcome to the Dog pack all you new Underdogs.. we have a small mountain of packages go out here shortly so you'll have your Pups before too long. Enjoy!
We'll be reviewing the poems this afternoon/evening and deciding which ones we like best so stay tuned.
That's a pretty cool power pack...
No not that we've seen, all seem to drop ship from China which has taken ours 7-10 days to make it to California. The batteries we use are the NCR18650B Panasonics here on Amazon and provide a 4-6hr battery life per charge.
Officially we don't ship overseas.. but sometimes people find workarounds and we don't fight them (too much).
It's primarily because the distance and expense of shipping makes us feel like we can't provide the level of customer service we usually insist upon. There are also a few countries...
1> The AirCore, Vape Special and standard UDs all have a power consumption of about 8w at normal 12.x voltage levels.
2> The power supplies are 100-240v 50-60hz
3> AirCore vs Vape Special - neither are really 'better' than the other, they're just different. That said neither are really...
