Are you talking about the retaining ring? If so it's a 1/4" internal retaining ring (aka snap ring, aka circlip) and you can find them at most well stocked hardware stores (not the big chain stores usually though) just ask an employee in the hardware department (by the screws, nuts, bolts)...

Glad to hear your mini is treating you well.. :tup: It will depend quite a bit on the particular oil and Dog in question but 8v-11v is a good range to try first. It's a bit subjective though some people like to use full 12v power for their oils. Welcome aboard, hope you enjoy the new Dog!

No not that we've seen, all seem to drop ship from China which has taken ours 7-10 days to make it to California. The batteries we use are the NCR18650B Panasonics here on Amazon and provide a 4-6hr battery life per charge.
