Hey Dogs, we were out of town yesterday and today so have been out of touch.. should have all messages and emails answered tonight or tomorrow. If your Dog is the Econo-Dog I think it is then neither 2.1mm or 12v accessories will work, sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Yep, that is...

Huh, that really sucks man.. sorry to hear it. So it was eBay that sent you the wrong cable then not us? Or was it a cable that came with the VK?

I don't know anything about the VK but I was under in the impression they used 2.1mm connectors too. If the cable you have is too small to fit it may be a 2.5mm one... which makes me have to ask - is your Dog an Econo-Dog??

Yep makes perfect sense! The 90° cords don't like to work with larger Dogs with a deeper plug recess.. clearance issues because of the right angle.

Hi Vapor Loop, can you give us some more information on how/why your extensions aren't working? They're just a standard off the shelf 2.1mm DC extension cable (male/female) and should be relatively easy to find online. We provide the smallest gauge ones by default as they're the most flexible...

Hey Dogs, hope you're all doing well and having a good week. We're working on new pieces and should have a refresh up within a week or so. Should also have some more 'Vape Specials' and Econo-Dogs as well so stay tuned... @Ed's TnT does some damn fine work.. congrats!

I haven't personally ever come across a VVPS in a retail store and while that doesn't necessarily mean it's impossible I think it's unlikely to find one that way. When is your trip? Maybe it's possible you could get one online before then? No personal experience with PNWTs but I'm sure...

The dimmer can go either between the power supply cord and an extension or just between the power supply and Dog directly though the former is highly preferred so as to not be unwieldy.

It recently came to my attention that they also work on the Nano so one can use our (glass) stems on that as well. :2c:

That's a tough one, the UD is designed around small bowls so as to maximize efficiency so we don't offer anything larger than the glass stems. Larger than that you rapidly start to lose heat and efficiency. The Nylon/NonG stems are designed to basically be 1 hitters and the glass stems are...

As Madcap and Underdogette noted your hot Dog should be fine for 24/7 use until you get your VK so no real worries there. We kind of just 'eyeball' the screen placement in the stems but usually aim for about 3/4" deep.

Ok, our included power supply, thanks. Your measured power consumption is right on so that's good. Generally the best results will be with a steel tipped Nylon Stem. If you move the screen deeper in a glass stem you'll significantly reduce the temperature thru the material other than at the...

Hi Raz0r, sorry to hear you're struggling to get your UDs running how you want them.. we'll see if we can help but will need a little more information. First off, what power adapter are you using? Ours or a 3rd party one? Are you using a VVPS? Try letting them heat up longer and see what...

Nice find GTAVaper, I like the looks of that battery pack. I was browsing around on there and found this one as well that takes 8 batteries.. I suspect that might give an UD nearly a full day of run time! :science...

Hey, does anyone have any surplus Zap (any vintage) or PD stems they want to get rid of? We're trying to support Zap and PD users who are looking for accessories (mostly stems) and there's not enough demand to warrant making a batch of stems just for those vapes but it'd still be nice to have...

 The battery pack can/will charge them via USB with the included cable. A standalone charger will charge them faster though but will require you to take them out of the pack first. :2c:

Those should work just fine, they might not be quite as good as the Panasonics but they're good brand name batteries at least. :2c: Just a heads up though you'll need 4 of them if you're using the battery pack frequently posted on the thread here.
