I don't know anything about the VK but I was under in the impression they used 2.1mm connectors too. If the cable you have is too small to fit it may be a 2.5mm one... which makes me have to ask - is your Dog an Econo-Dog??

Yep makes perfect sense! The 90° cords don't like to work with larger Dogs with a deeper plug recess.. clearance issues because of the right angle. :nod:

I haven't personally ever come across a VVPS in a retail store and while that doesn't necessarily mean it's impossible I think it's unlikely to find one that way. When is your trip? Maybe it's possible you could get one online before then? No personal experience with PNWTs but I'm sure...

The dimmer can go either between the power supply cord and an extension or just between the power supply and Dog directly though the former is highly preferred so as to not be unwieldy.

It recently came to my attention that they also work on the Nano so one can use our (glass) stems on that as well. :2c:

That's a tough one, the UD is designed around small bowls so as to maximize efficiency so we don't offer anything larger than the glass stems. Larger than that you rapidly start to lose heat and efficiency. The Nylon/NonG stems are designed to basically be 1 hitters and the glass stems are...

As Madcap and Underdogette noted your hot Dog should be fine for 24/7 use until you get your VK so no real worries there. We kind of just 'eyeball' the screen placement in the stems but usually aim for about 3/4" deep.

:tup: The battery pack can/will charge them via USB with the included cable. A standalone charger will charge them faster though but will require you to take them out of the pack first. :2c:
