My recent order of 5 ohm carts (from Vapornation) came with white caps and silicone mouthpieces. One died pretty quickly, but a few others have chugged through quite a bit already ;)
Lost my first cart today... was a fairly new 5.0 ohmer... I hardly knew thee! First down out of 12 up and working carts (now 11), so don't think I'm doing too badly ;)
Again.. any 6 volters out there? 3.0 or 4.0 ohm cart users? I'm really keen on hearing your experiences!
So anyone using the 6V configuration or the 3.0 and/or 4.0 ohm cartridges? So far I'm reading it's all about the 2.4 ohm carts, but must say I've had better luck with the the 1.5's and 5.0's...
Cotton has a bit higher combustion temperature than herb, so if your herb isn't burning, cotton shouldn't either. (100% pure cotton - things added may flare up at much lower temperatures, so make sure you got what you think you got!)
On that note, a common thing to do with concentrates in...
It's best with solvent-based extracts (purged of all solvent, of course) with very little to no plant matter (removed through filtration or winterization) that are viscous at room temperature but flow well when heated.
Dafni - to more directly answer your question (aside from JoeKickass's direct specification) - that link is for a cord for a radar detector for its primary source of power. I think it's a safe bet that since the unit is designed to be used in that environment that the DC cable is simply...
So we have almost a have dozen different carts, but only talk about the 1.5s (which work great on some thicker/darker oils for me), the 2.4s (which on my Omicron 2.0 seemed to just whisp hints of what should be there) and the 5.0s which suck for taste (though I'm not experiencing this? Went...
Same here... my beloved Pax is randomly throwing up heat colors, cleaned and cleaned but still does it. I've read a couple people have popped their spring, squished and reseated it? How the heck do you do that?
AAM has plenty of parking and a bit wider gear/medibles selection than New Millennium (but most of the same flowers)
Have a Heart has a bit of parking up front and more (unmarked) in back but the ramp to get to the door can get pretty treacherous when it's wet and/or icy. Place is usually...
Have a Heart CC is just across the street from Fweedom and AAM is just up the street. I got my original Omicron from Fweedom and they have decent flowers, but the BHO seemed pretty overpriced when AAM had the same SBC for half the price (in quantity). Fweedom's White Dawg is no joke, but haven't...
New Millennium and their sister store Aurora Alternate Medicine tend to have nicely priced oils but I've found the quality varies even within the same brand(s). They have Seattle's Best Concentrates and Gold Star Concentrates and n-Tane (not sure if this is a spinoff of SBC or not) and some...
From others I've talked to on the subject ISO is expensive to obtain proper gear, otherwise the consistency is very difficult to control. I don't have any links to proof of this, however...
I just picked up some very well done wax and it's flowing nicely through a 5.0 ohm cart like nothing else I've seen short of Pure Gold. Huge-ass clouds in seconds, no priming - literally just touch the button and you're hitting...
I've got a few carts loaded with shatters that seem to flow...
Amazing how people keep racing ahead of the technology and I love to read up on others notes, but yeah, some strains have their own ideas sometimes. Keep it real, bro! :)
(Edit: rereading my post a ways back - I meant whipping as in the popular take the erl out of your jar, nuke it, then whip...
Here's my routine -
1. Grab beer. Sit to side.
2. Start torch - it sits on level with my (Cosmic) Ti nail, so hit the on lock and hands-free
3. Set up dabber with a dab.. I have a hockey puck with a groove in it so it has a stable place to stay that I can move around - I sit it here so it's...
With a creme brulee torch (looks just like the Vector, but the iginitor broke - is this a common issue on the Vectors, too?), it takes between 15-20 seconds tops to be cherry red, reheats around 10 seconds. A smaller torch I have (but more efficient) takes ~25 seconds but I don't have to worry...
