I love the noob toobs!
I was doing something similar with the stock EQ whip hosing, but only when hooked up to a bubbler - makes it sooo much easier to milk the thing.
Also noticed when I moved to a silicone-based tube that wasn't transparent, I quit using carts in that setup.
Hmmm.. I once accidentally packed a stainless steel screen in my Pax when I tried to recover a bowl someone was going to actually set on fire (!). I remember that load seeming to cook a bit hotter than the setting it was at - maybe there's something to this?
I just watched a vid on how there's a canister that fits in the Hercules for oils - are these used in V2 and can you order extras? (Didn't see on the web site..)
Just saying to check for whatever brand you're using... Didja know that Vector 5x contains a bit over 10% propane? Not saying it's not safe.. this particular one.. but it helps to know what you're working with. ;)
Keep in mind that it's not just butane that is being used... Check the materials safety data sheets applicable to the product and vendor of what you're using!
Not disagreeing with anything above, just making sure we see the whole picture before deciding a product is safe for inhalation based...
Ya know, decent rubber caps at both ends would be freakin awesome - keep it pretty much airtight and it still wouldn't look like anything suspicious on cursory look.
And I have to stop now and admit it. Yesterday I was chuckling to myself about the knuckleheads that managed to get a magnet on...
Hey Mollee!
First off, I'm not a lawyer, I'm not your lawyer and this isn't legal advice ;)
Unfortunately, there's no "honor" between the TSA and airports in MMJ or recreational states in that the TSA will overlook stuff because it happens to be legal in that state. That said, no matter what...
Double post, but hey - I gave it many hours and ran out of edits ;)
About to order some more Persei parts (and figuring I'll just resell my Omicron at this point instead of upgrading it) and I see the long rumored EC 1701-E carts up on delta 9's site -- anyone actually try these yet? Not...
Medicated state of mind... But yeah, I think I'll be ordering a couple extra myself here directly.
I was wanting to play around with the 4.0 ohms and 6v'ers - anyone get a comparable Omicron setup working at 6v?
And I'm definitely going to have to try the 2x18650 combo myself! :)
EDIT: Seems...
I ran into the non-charge issue a few days ago when I let my 18650s (shorty 3.7v batteries from the Persei) die almost completely. It seems the voltage left wasn't enough to "trip" the charger to realizing there was a battery present. I had to stick another battery alongside one of the 18650s...
I hear you, bro... Just be careful is all I'm saying! :)
It's the safety factor I'm worried about more so than expensive equipment providing better results (rather, more consistent than better, I'd say). Blowing yourself up would suck for all involved ;)
