Ah, good point. I didn't think about the shipping cost because I've always ordered them when I was getting a bunch of other (bulky) stuff at the same time. Ordered alone I can see that they do lose their value. The Pelicans are a better made box as well as you already noted.
I've used a lot of Pelicans over the years and find these to be just about as good of quality at a fraction of the price and have used several of the sizes. http://www.mcmelectronics.com/product/22-24125 :2c:
Depending on which core you have the UD and the HI will indeed be very similar in design and function.
Without knowing the exact vintage of your particular Dog and the specifics of it's particular heating element it's impossible to say that you should get clouds (massive or otherwise) from a...
You're not the only one, other than the Direct Draw stems I haven't had much luck putting the screens upside down either. Not saying it can't be done just that it would certainly appear to be a challenge. Granted I didn't intend for them to be upside down and don't really care for them that way...
Heya Dogs just stopping by to let you all know the refresh should be (fingers crossed) up tonight barring any kind of unexpected difficulties.. not sure when exactly since we're still working hard at finishing up the pieces but I expect somewhere between 10pm and midnight.
Yes the Holiday Vapes are compatible with VVPS, no worries there.
As far as choosing a VVPS goes I haven't had much luck recently with any of the tattoo ones. Instead I'd recommend going for a lab style one or a DIY option from eBay or one of our kitted out DIY ones when we post them soon. We...
@Stevenski - welcome to the Dog Pack man, sounds like you're having a good time testing out the Pup.
Alright UDs we got the heaters in and are now building out Dogs at maximum speed, expect a refresh in the next day or two with both high end Dogs and the Holiday Specials for those of you...
Heya Dogs, hope you're all having a great weekend!
Just wanted to drop by and let you all know we're still waiting on the stainless heating elements to come in so we can put up a big refresh and also build out enough Holiday Vapes to satisfy everyone who didn't get one before we ran out...
Yeah most of my friends who do play play it on console too.. damn (non-compatibility).
If you download it again try and look me up, I play thru Steam but not sure if that matters. My AA acct name is just UnderdogVapes.
You play WoT? On PC?
Chivalry is pretty hard to get 'good' at but I like that in a game, helps keep me from getting bored, running around lopping parts off people with a sword is pretty fun too. :brow: I've played most of the Civ games and do actually have a copy of Civ 5, maybe we can play...
I'm cursed with liking slightly realistic games that most people don't like.. recently I've mostly been playing America's Army, World of Tanks, World of Warships and Chivarly (Medieval Warfare).
Would anyone be interested in forming an Underdog clan and playing PC games (mostly FPS and RTS)?
I haven't found any android ones that I really like yet..
I'm a keyboard and mouse (well trackball) gamer all the way other than some select 'adventure' type games on console that really work well with a controller. Mostly play FPS and RTS games though and those are hard to do well on console.
It most likely outputs more voltage in your car than it would via a wall adapter because the car charging system outputs voltage more in the 13v+ range. If you want to go hotter than the standard wall-wart you'll probably need to go the VVPS route. You can do that real inexpensive though if you...
Any 12v wall-wart that's 1A or higher output and a 2.1mm connector will work fine. Most 'regular' wall-warts are 2.1mm (it's the 'standard' size) and 12v/1A+ are very common so these aren't hard to find.
You can buy them from us via the website (www.underdogvapes.com), you can buy them from...
Cool, thanks for the pic, that at least confirms it's a relatively current generation piece.
Try it with the car adapter for a minute and see if it starts to heat at all then report back and we'll go from there. If it doesn't then we'll have you send it in.
Ok let us know the result of that. Also if you can take a pic of the Dog from the side with the power plug visible, this will help me narrow down it's age. If it truly is dead then we'll have you send it in so we can take a look and make repairs as needed. :peace:
