Yeah it does sound like between the two of you the heat might be getting drawn down a bit faster than it can recover.
Using a VVPS to boost the temp a bit shouldn't cause any damage, especially if you're turning it down/off after a session so no big worries there.
As far as a recommendation...
About how long would you estimate between hits when it does this?
Assuming you're just hitting it so frequently that it really is drawing the temp down and that it's not a cable or power supply issue (ie, intermittent failure) then you could definitely use a VVPS to boost the temp a bit to...
Ah, well then it might work just fine for you. I figured it was better to be safe than sorry and mention the potential limitation just in case you weren't aware.
Absolutely! :D
Either one of those MIGHT work but they both have fixed outputs and nothing in between.. so like the second one you'll have to jump from 9v to 12v.. no choosing anything in the middle. To me that would make both unusable for a vape.
You'd probably be better off spending an...
I have one of those and while it's a decent (thought expensive) 'little' VVPS it doesn't take batteries so wouldn't be of use for a portable solution. It just a standard AC wall powered VVPS unit.
A battery pack and batteries would work though, we discussed those a 'few' pages back so you can...
Hey Dogs, starting the process of gearing up for the Birthday Sale at the end of summer.. and yeah, it does take that long for us to get things ready lol.
Part of that process is 'spring cleaning' and includes finding homes for a bunch of odds-and-ends Dogs. We've got some Lost Dogs, Shorty...
Yep that's the desired cord setup: WW > Dimmer > Ext > UD
RE: "dimmer directly to the UD" - do you mean WW > Dimmer > UD? and leave out the extension cord? If so you could do that but it might be a little 'clunky' and would eliminate one of the biggest pros of the ext cord which is it's being a...
Those are probably Eucalyptus (aka Blue Gum) trees and the grooves are burrowing insect (larva) damage.. possibly/probably the Eucalyptus Longhorned Borer. We have a lot of these trees around here (NorCal) too and borers are a big problem. I milled a dead/down Eucalyptus like that a few years...
Thanks for the update Aimless, hopefully when you get home you'll find your Dog (and other things) intact but I suspect that's not going to be the case. Maybe the Dog itself will still be there but I'm sure all your glass, stems and other 'stuff' will have been taken. I doubt you'll ever get any...
We ship 90% of packages the next business day and send you a tracking email when we print the shipping label so you shouldn't be waiting long.

60/40 mineral oil to wax is a good ratio for a nice soft balm and is approximately what we do. More wax will make it thicker and less will make it thinner so you can adjust it to suit your particular needs. :peace:
I think I can speak for everyone when I say that we're sorry you have to add that to the list of bullshit you've got to deal with man! Keep us posted (here or privately) once you find out more details and/or get out of there. Stray strong Dog Brother. :peace:
Thicker wood will have more of an insulating effect and feel cooler to the touch, especially in less dense woods.
Denser woods will feel hotter since they conduct heat better and will also tend to lower the vapes internal operating temp a little by acting as a heat sink and radiating that heat...
Glad I was up and around to help solve the battery mystery.
You may be able to find a tutorial on the web on how to take the protection circuit off. It's usually just stuck on there with shrink wrap and/or very light adhesive. At least in the small amount of ones I've encountered. :2c:
No worries on the font size thing.
That looks like a 18650B Protected cell with the bubble-top. It's the same battery with the addition of a protection circuit added which is what the bulge is. The ad on Amazon indicated unprotected batteries (ie, flat tops) so they sent you the wrong thing. If...
We must be missing something, like I said I just installed a new set of Bs into that pack today.. I ordered the same ones from your links (link 2, six pack) and the battery pack (link 3) two days ago and installed/charged them today. My batteries are labeled Bs and fit fine so either mine are...
Man that sucks and is really weird.. I just installed 6 of those 'B' batteries into that exact battery pack today with zero problems with fit or anything else. The back of the case was a pain though until I tried the (thumbnail) suggestion in the instructions.
Can you explain better or show a...
