It has a flat screen installed, not too deeply. I was using it that way yesterday and got good extraction. I’ve also used it with a basket screen and both ways work fine. It also works well as a 14mm WPA.
Yes. I have one of these in Blackwood. I was just using it in my Mi2 today and enjoying it greatly. It’s 19/19 and not 19/22, so it fits any RBT vape. I’ve used mine in Mi2 and 3, and in my Splinter v1, walnut custom, and both my custom Zs.
Thanks. It was one of those things where I couldn’t remember if it looked different (or maybe it was just working too well. :) ) Amazingly enough I had a MPL cooling hook in there which was thrown from the vape but did not break. Felt around and glass in the vape feels intact. Thing is a beast...
So in the middle of last night I managed to knock my custom off my nightstand while I was asleep. The noise woke me up. I picked it up and groggy, I managed to drop it again. This time the battery cover popped open and the battery came out. It turns on fine and appears to work. The only thing...
This thread reminds me of when lawyers watch Law and Order and yell "that's not how it works at all" at the teevee. Wirecutter's target audience is not the people on this board. For example, the Tafee Bowle, which gets a lot of "why weren't we consulted on this" reactions round these parts...
I’ll say what I said the last time the “Reddit as cesspool” thing emerged. It varies. When I did my first grow last summer, a topic which is forbidden here, I got a lot of help from the various cultivation subreddits. People were friendly and helpful and encouraging.
I just read over that post...
I opened a ticket with Collyland about this issue when I got my OAB. I asked whether I should try to move the coil towards the middle so that it wasn't touching the heater wall. They replied:
I wanted to commend @dotleaf_Alex for dotLeaf's excellent customer service. I sent my 1.0 in to be upgraded. They turned it around in 2 days and I have the new inside panel, upgraded firmware, and they replaced my OG oven. All this for only the cost of shipping to them (they paid return...
Yeah, I think that sort of abuse sucks. It’s basically what ruined the LL Bean warranty. But I’m far more understanding of a company that has a realistic warranty to begin with and then honors it. I saw this with fountain pens, where a couple of companies revoked lifetime warranties and...
This sort of thing has happened with other non-vape companies I’ve dealt with. If this isn’t illegal it should be. In any case it’s a sure guarantee that I’ll never give you another dime in business no matter how bitchin’ your vape is. If I can’t trust you to honor your warranty why should I do...
I ordered my custom p80 on the January 17 drop and received it 2 months later. In the meantime there were a couple emails back and forth ironing out details. The custom build usually takes 6 to 8 weeks IIRC.
I use this dish I bought on Etsy. EDIT: Why are pics inserted rotated 90 degrees counter clockwise? I can’t seem to get them in the correct orientation.
I agree. It's hard to really give definitive voltage levels with these, there's so many variables: the construction unique to each individual device, the ambient temperature, the grind (or lack thereof - this thing is great with just a nug tucked inside the oven,) the amount of water in it, to...
