Mine often have a subtle click before the main click both heating and cooling. Sometimes on the cooling I don't get a second. This has been talked about, I think it's in the design and is a back up. I'm sure someone can jump in and correct or expand in this.....

I got some insight this morning.... If you make a change to your order that removes things, they can't actually did that they software, they just mark it and adjust when shipping. This was how I interpreted Kavita's answer this morning. I'm guessing when they came in the day after the sale...

Ordered the 30th and updated/added to it the 1st, I think changing my order slowed mine down, still to email and site still shows original order items that were removed..... I think I may have painted myself into the waiting corner!
