I usually do mine 20 minutes at 400 or 425. Double seal with tinfoil and don't unwrap it until it's cool enough that you can do it by hand. If anything has vaporized and escaped it should, in my mind anyways, resettle by then.

I think the choice between SSV and EQ comes down to personal preference. Both are pretty well accepted as high-quality vapes that do what they are made for and do it well. The EQ definitely has more features, such as the bags and automatic shut-off timer, but speaking from personal experience...

Do you mean like, just harvested, or are these ones you got off of somebody? If you need to cure quickly there's a thread on water curing in the Ask FC section. If they're just moist herbs then maybe letting them sit in your vape at a below-vaporizing temperature for half an hour might do it.
