    They sound very promising.

@invertedisdead Did you get a chance to test your designs in progress, like the cooling stem, and the conduction/convection design?

    TinyMight / TM 2

So the harsness is due to the new heater? Aren't they going to put that in all the new Walnut models also? I would rather have glass than SS if it affects harshness, regardless of breakability.

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

Wand is the best recommended based on price. The Forge is the best performing but much more expensive. There are also promising ones on the horizon like the Flare. The Wand performs well for a good price. You can see the VI move through the glass wand insert.

    TinyMight / TM 2

Do many people here use TM2 at high temps with no temp stepping? If so do you find it's comfortable with most stems? Would this be comfortable with the 3d stem for example? Or one of those pilled stems from HighArtisan and the like?

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

Wand is a bargain at that price. I got mine for £100 and it's been worth every penny. I guess the question for future new Tempest owners is buy a wand day one? or a month later to spread costs? Tempest is awesome with a torch. I just prefer the wand. That might even change once I have updated...

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

Use it all day long, every single day. Only times I stopped was when I was travelling for a few weeks, or I had covid. The portability of thr Tempest, Reload, wand combo means I use it around the house. It's at my work desk during the day, and in my living room on an evening. In my garden on hot...

    Dynavap VapCap

Isn't the stem on the Hyperdyn redundant? There is no way it has the cooling capabilities for that tip. It will need a water piece or a Revolve won't it?

    CouchLog

I was trying to decide between ZX and Couchlog for about a year. Ended up going for ZX. Discovered I adore 14mm injectors. Now i'm trying to convince myself why I would still have space in my life for a Couchlog at some point  I went for ZX because it seemed more capable at low temps, and...

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

I've used it with the wand for 7ish months. I never bothered with timed cycles. I manually time it with my wrist watch. It allows me to vary it by a few seconds depending on the roast level I want, or if the strain requires a bit more heating etc. This is not for everyone, but it avoids the...

    Arizer Solo 3

Hi yes I have TMJ. It's so easily triggered. I've had to sell quite a few vapes in the past due to them triggering the pain. Honestly if Solo 3 is more restricted than TM2 then it doesn't make sense for me. I guess "restricted" is a relative term, and for me I am very sensitive to it. My...

    Angus Enhanced

I would probably do the same. Airflow is King.

    Arizer Solo 3

Thanks. Yeah I don't think I could get away with this one. I have to be careful with air restriction. Too much gives me really bad jaw pain. Seems a great vape. I hope you all enjoy it :)

    Angus Enhanced

So you could use a revolve stem with this? If you have a glass sleeve? I had the OG Angus and hated it. The CU was terrible, and it always leaked air for me. So I had awful restriction, and poor clouds. Good to see that has been removed. I'm a it confused though, because in the videos...

    Arizer Solo 3

If you use a high flow stem. Something with no glass screen. Normal sized load, loose tamp, would you get airflow similar to the TM2? I'm wandering just hot much you can combat the supposed restriction.

    Phase3 Vaporizers

Good morning. I would really appreciate that. There is no rush. I managed to replace the screen. But I went through about 5 of them, as I damaged them. I think my technique was way off. But a screen is in place, so I can keep using ZX :)

Any tips on how to replace ZX Zirc bowl screens?

    Arizer Solo 3

Seems like using this thing with standard size stem, on demand, basket screen instead of glass screen, loose pack would be the way to go. Would essentially be a more powerful, hybrid TM2. All the reports of airflow being terrible (deal breaker for me. Nothing worse on a vape) is mainly poor...

The Tempest by Mad Heaters & Phatpiggie

I never do re-heats, even on full bowl, unless I purposely went for a very low temp flavour hit first. I'll post a video later showing the single hit extraction, full bowl. 99% of my Tempest bowls are one and done. This pic is from my first weekend with the Tempest. Full bowl, wand.
