Been using my AC daily for the last 2 weeks since getting it. Never had a problem with it falling off on its own. Never had a problem with pulling the tip out either. That's how I assume the AC is intended to work. I just think it's faulty and Dynavap should replace it.

I've noticed the color change as well. So I've been torching mostly the Dynavap logo. Hard to tell in the blurry photo, but the logo has a little rainbow effect.

That sucks. Don't be surprised if Dynavap comes out with "The Reloader" with it's proprietary decapper.

@The Stray Fox Earlier PSM models had the button switch. Later models came with a silicone or wood disc over the button to prevent the cap from denting. Then the Hotshot replaced the PSM. So I have a later model PSM with a silicone disc and awaiting my armored cap. I'm hopeful it'll work...

I prefer a mouthpiece with a liner. Like others have said, adding wood to the vapor path affects taste. And with the plethora of glass stems for the TM now, I think the difference in taste will be quite noticeable for many users.
