Is there insulation on the lead wire that goes up the center of the ceramic tube? That's directly in the air path. I also wonder if a glazed interior would improve the taste.
Yeah. Flavor is pretty subjective. I'll test it some more. Thanks for the tips and welcome!
It doesn't matter though. I can't stop using it! The hits are effortless, and I've searched for that. I think it's gonna be my living room piece.
I gotta take a closer look at that heater, though.
What's up @bleak !?! I love this vape. The only downside so far for me is the taste. It seems to mute a decent amount of flavor. It never tastes bad, but when I throw the same herb in the Herborizer I taste things that never showed up in the vapbong.
But what's so dope about this thing is the...
Thx for the reply!
I'm still waiting on my ti io, with a status of processing. No worries, except they don't seem to respond to any communication channels I use. It does seem like a repeat of the last rollout, which is disappointing.
that setup works great! like @The Chemist said, the only custom part about it is the handle. you could make your own out of stock parts. If you spring for the handle, you'll appreciate it!
Another vote for the FP here. Herborizer isn't good for dabs, but is great for extracts on a bed of flowers. Ditanium is great, but has a narrow temp band for dabs. FP is the best of the three for real dabs. FP and Herborizer are easier to burn yourself with.
Nope. Thx for asking! I saw others comparing and thought I'd chime in. I've claimed for years that the LSV is the best bang for your buck if you already own a glass piece you like. I think the torch now does it better for less, if you don't count points for style (the LSV is a cool looking vape).
Should look just like a vrip setup!
Torch works on an Orbiter one-handed, but I have to hold it by the bubbler. Way better on something heavy that can hold it up on its own.
I like to give the filling chamber a good heat soak on top when using the reducer. That'll help thicken up the bags. Add some kief to a load to get a bag that's close to the big chamber in strength.
I wouldn't want an angled torch. That's what my Herborizer is for. If it were bent, I couldn't use it hands free, even on my heaviest rig. As straight, I can leave it in position while I hit it.
Hot spots - when my spot moved, I think it was due to ball movement. Currently it only shows up over...
I tried this a free weeks ago once. I struggled breathing so quickly. I enjoyed it more at a slower pace. Does it still work like that?
I distinctly felt something every time I breathed into my head. What a concept.
I haven't even scratched the surface...
The melting plastic housings appear to be hit or miss. My first one did it. My second hasn't, and I've purposely abused it. I leave it on the Hybrid while it's on all day long...for months. So far I see nothing concerning with my new plastic housing.
The XL is not meant for efficiency. It's meant for indulgence! When I use it, I pack a big bowl and use it like a normal Herborizer, but the bowl lasts forever and the session is longer in every way.
