@Vapolaborium thanks for the response!
You posted the picture of your newer model in your explanation, but I asked about the heater in the current configuration. The current configuration, without the steel mesh, looks like a lot of air to vapor.
The Switch works like a typical dab rig with...
Thanks! That airflow looks similar to the Dr. Dabber Switch. Surely much of the fresh air takes a direct turn to the outflow without ever touching the herb? I imagine the vapor-to-air ratio is low?
that darker abv comes from the sublimator's conduction. Full convection vapes extract without ever reaching those colors. It'll taste worse if you turn it up to chase that color change.
My analog controller works with both my analog Ti and my XL.
I used the analog for years without issue or...
Nice! I wouldn't be surprised if that reduces the need to stir. That FP bowl has a ledge around it that bothers me and requires stirring.
Fill them to the top, but then tamp them down gently, so it's about 3/4 full. The vape will perform better, and you'll never have a heater screen issue...
I love it when this thread picks up! The MV community is one of the most mature vaporist groups around.
Gonna plant my new glass/teflon core on the desk today and see how we do.
Hi!
It was a reference to size. Your vaporizer would be one of my bigger ones, but maybe not the biggest. Lately I have acquired some vaporizers and accessories with large footprints!
I have long wondered if a true vaporizer could be made with standard lab equipment, but I have no knowledge of...
Try the press and hold draw method. I started this recently and and sticking to it for a bit to see how performance changes. It should remove the premature shutoff issue.
What's up, guys? Thanks for the summons!
I can't tell what's going on here by the videos, since I only speak English...sorry!
I see one where this looks like a sophisticated cooling mouthpiece, but it sounds like it is also a complete vaporizer?
Looks like something that could compete with my...
I tested mine until I broke the glass. Solid little performer. I quickly grew fond of the very fast heat up with on-demand style. Just hold the button while heating and hitting, and let go when done. Induction is dope that way. Zero features or algorithms for now, but this one is worth watching...
I talked about the wireless possibilities on Thursday on the potv stream. The short version is:
- It would mean a plastic bottom. Would that make the construction feel cheaper?
- you would then be able to put a glass of water on top of an electric charger, which is a no-no. Currently, you have...
Thanks! I'm gonna carry on with my torture testing. I heat all my teas these days to 203F and, so far so good. But I don't recommend this treatment...let me do it!
