So, I ordered some glass pieces, and one had a chip when it arrived. This obviously was a defect in the glass. I contacted the retailer and sent some pics. Some emails back and forth , but no resolution yet. Is this something where the buyer just has to eat it, or do online glass retailers...

There is a difference between telling the actual process, temperature, chemicals involved, and SC just saying "hi, here is our product, it has a titanium nitride coating" or "it's just black anodized aluminum." A manufacturer of a product should be able to produce a written official statement...

So, I called the distributor today. Didn't ask for any proprietary info, just some basic meaningful product descriptions.
