Same here. May 2020 og still a daily driver. I use it less though now, but it still comes to work with me Monday-Friday (about 4 bowls a day). The wonky button has always been there. Sucks, but as long as she keeps firing, I’m happy.

Bowl only cleaning. Magic eraser. Wet, squeeze, rub. Then paper towel. Wet, squeeze, rub. Then dry paper towel. Then hairdryer for a little bit. Not sure how many people do it this way, but works for me. I try to squeeze out as much water as I can so when rubbing, no water seeps into the air...
