@Dan Morrison will the cloth filter and thread be included with the okin? It maybe worth including one piece with each to illustrate the best type of material to be used and also so people can get to using it straight from the box on arrival.

I took the update as the chargers being complete and everything is in place for bulk shipping. The picture of the charging cable with the caption "The last piece of the puzzle" was what bought me to this conclusion ;)

Especially as he gives the LSV only 57% and then gives the Herb Iron 92% which seems to be a bit odd when the LSV is basically the same thing but with the more user friendly features, better construction materials and temp control!

Ah ok thx @peaceonearth I must have missed that! I usually check my facts before replying to a post, must have been an early morning lapse ;) Although I still find that quite hard to believe that a minor trace of oil from hands is causing this issue.

I agree. There was never any mention of hands and that this was caused by assembly. I would imagine it is left over residual oils from the manufacturing process.

Regarding the SS case that everyone is keen to see, I did think about adding one of these to my order but was concerned that if it was just raw stainless on the inside with no liner, wouldn't repeated removal/rattling around in the case cause unnecessary scratches and blemishes to the GH? I've...

I'm pretty sure the GH batteries are of their own design and as far as I know only available from Hopper Labs. The battery has been mentioned here before and they spent quite a bit of time developing it with the manufacturer. Although I could be mistaken. Size comparison(pic by keepitrealreviews)

Are you sure? I thought the update was every 14-15 days. It is now showing as 16 days on the indiegogo

No update as yet, which must mean they are frantically packing GH into boxes ready for shipping......yay! Mmmmm....on the other hand maybe not :huh: So looking forward to when that day does finally arrive.

Looks fabulous @Dan Morrison. The anticipation is building and am so glad I signed up for this! As always great pictures and updates. I do however prefer the original finish of the case over the green milk painted version. And to end just take my money ;)
