Does anybody know anything about using a fine grade of sandpaper to buff out marks or scratches on the Cera body? If so can you please tell me what kind you use?
Thanks!
I keep having to have my 6v T1 core rebuilt. Zeki always takes good care of me on the return process so that's not an issue. This last rebuild only lasted about 2 months before one side of the filameńt burned out. Not sure why they keep breaking on me. I run them hard, with the power on...
I think the T1 was so close to being a great vaporizer. The thing that kills it for me is that the airflow is so restricted and then when the little holes in the cap get clogged it is so frustrating for me. Half the time it works well for me, the other half of the time is straining for a hit...
I have had my T1 for a couple of months and have reached a couple of conclusions. First the airflow is so restricted that I find it frustrating at times. Also, after two and a half months of moderate use my core had one filament burn out rendering the unit pretty much unusable.
My core is...
Thanks for the link! The solo is a great device. A 2.0 revision that got a little smaller, incorporated a flash light(or some other innocent purpose) and a less conspicuous stem that would stay put and not slip out would be sweet!
Edit: after way too much Thermovape T1 testing, I dropped my SS...
Has anyone changed batteries in a Solo yet? I was just curious if there was a cost effective way that would not be too difficult to get a new battery for my old ceramic Solo. Thanks!
I just picked up a T1 on amazon for $120, tried a first bowl and accidentally combusted. Ick. Guess I still have a lot to learn. My unit is interesting, it has an engraving on the bottom about Cannabis Cup 2012 San Francisco. And the battery tube was not the soda bottle type I saw in the...
I had my rare 3 hole straight stem spontaneously destruct while in the Solo.
Is there a US based vape store that has the straight 4 hole stem in stock?
It sounds like the whole loose vs. tight stem thing is still luck of the draw. I am however pleased with the air flow on my loose 3 hole replacement stems.
You make a good point. The difference is subtle.
The original 2 hole stems (which mated to my downstem fairly well) seem to have a slightly larger diameter than the new 3 hole stems I got. The smaller stems seemed to me to be allowing air to leak in to my downstem causing slightly thinner...
I can't take photos of it, at work right now.
It's very simple though. It has a 14.4 fitting for my glass (adapter available for the larger size) then a wood part with an opening that a little foam rubber ring fits into. The foam rubber ring is the same as the battery push back ring from...
