That's how I feel because mine just burns up my herb. I might as well just put some bud in my bong and light it up like I used to for all the good it does me.
Latest from Hopper labs on my RMAs:
"Your Hopper has arrived at The Lab!
Your unit is in the service department queue. We are implementing new testing protocols and bringing more processes in-house for increased quality control. We expect service to be slower than normal during this period if...
When I recently did an RMA request because both my hoppers are combusting again, this is the response I got back form Caroline:
"Sorry for the continued trouble. Please follow the instructions below to return your device for service. We will get this rectified by updating all the electronics...
This was one of the main reasons I chose an Elevape Smart for my first vape. Too bad I just can't get it to work right for me. You can clean every single nook and cranny of that vape and swap out coils. I got the occasional good hit off of it, but most of the time I either got wispy to no vape...
I agree, for something that's supposed to be stealthy, it's the most awkward to use in public. I think something like a Focus Pro form or X-Max form would work perfect and allow for an 18650 battery.
Thanks for the suggestions, I really am looking for any help I can get. I thought I remember reading that the Solo had pretty poor airflow in the first place, but maybe I'm thinking of another vape? Are any of them easy to use with a bong, because I'm pretty much strictly a with water user.
I was hoping the new Focus Pro S wouldn't plug as easily since they said they made some changes to the airflow. Seems like the weakest elements of most vapes is not having a way to clean out the airpath. It was one of the reasons I invested in the Elevape Smart Vape. It can be completely...
Sorry your friend passed, but thanks for sharing the autopsy pics. I'm the most curious about seeing the airpath, since that seems to be where mine always fails.
I got my Focus Pro S yesterday. I was so excited, I couldn't believe how fast it got here. I wish I could say my excitement lasted once I started using it.
The Focus Pro S I got definitely does not heat up as hot, not nearly as hot as my old Focus Pro. Even setting it up ten degrees Celsius...
I just broke down and ordered a Focus Pro S. It's on sale at PIU for only $79.00. I just couldn't resist with the airflow so down on my existing Pro. I also really like the idea of the battery compartment vent hole. I really toyed around with the idea of getting a plug in tabletop unit, but in...
My Hoppers have been in RMA for over a month so I've been using my Focus Pro hard and it's getting plugged. I've had this happen before and Puffitup replaced it once for me already. I can't imagine they'll do it again and I've tried everything I can think of to unplug it. Two of the three holes...
Sooooo... They wrote to me about this on Oct. 31, I didn't see it until Nov. 3rd and responded that day. It's now Nov. 9th and I haven't heard a word from them.
I opened the original RMA this go around on Oct 2nd. My backup vape is starting to get plugged from overuse. I really can't afford it...
I sent my hoppers in for RMA got them back and they were randomly incinerating a load, and now that they're back in RMA they are questioning the marks from using pliers on my backend to turn the temp dial, and the one hopper I have with an off kilter temp dial, it was that way when I got it.
I...
I use a Nitcore I4 and charge a couple of 18650 batts for my Focus Pro at the same time. I started using the native charger more for less battery swap outs though.
I just checked and they're showing it received now. I always figure they get it a few days before they show they do. I did take note that my first contact with them about this batch of RMA's started back on Oct. 2nd. I am seriously missing my Hoppers, but super thankful that at least I'm in the U.S.
OMG!! You had me rolling on the floor laughing with this one!! I needed that as I'm still waiting for them to show that they've even received my hoppers back, it's been a week and it's only going from Washington state to Colorado.
Where do you blow the air into the Hopper? I feel like an idiot that it's not clear to me, but when I get mine back I want to try using the canned air spray to prevent build up.
I've done it too, more than once, and I'd bet we're not the only ones...
I never even asked and they sent me a shipping label with the postage paid. Just have to print it out and send them back.
Crossing my fingers that when they come back to me this time, not only will they work, but with the upgraded parts they'll keep working for longer.
