Mine isn't as light as yours, but nowhere near where it should be. If mine was that light I'd definitely send it in for RMA immediately. I'll be sending mine in for sure, just not until they clear their backlog because mine is at least getting to a dark blondish ABV. I'd say it's like if my...
I didn't time mine, but I went through a similar process to figure out there was a delay and that the chargers are indeed working.
My hoppers came back Monday from late Jan RMAs. At first they didn't seem to be producing much in the way of clouds so I cleaned the threads on the backend and...
Sorry to hear that. I've had my Focus Pro fail on me twice before, PIU fixed it the first time and sent me a replacement the second time. It's why I like dealing with them so much.
Mine was received there I think Jan. 24th and they said mind SHOULD ship Wednesday based on last email I got back from them.
EDIT: I don't know how I missed it, but I got a shipping notification yesterday!!
I always say I'm going to only use one of mine and keep the other for when the first one needs to be in RMA, but somehow I end up using them both in rotation. I'm a heavy user and while I have a 4 batt charger, it's easier to just put them on the native charger while I'm using the other one. So...
Yes, 2.0. I never got it dialed in right, even after sending it in to them. I either got barely there vapor or it combusted my herb. Stirring between every single hit didn't help, nor did bottle cap method with the screen. I like to tinker, I don't have any problem adjusting and what not, but it...
Are you getting the auto responder message that your email was received? It states that you should get a reply to your email within 2-5 business days. If you aren't getting that email, I don't think you'll ever get an answer.
I personally prefer the Pro over the Pro S, a lot. I am one who finds the internal temp way too low and the external temp WAY too high for me. I guess I have baby hands or something.
I'm really disappointed that PIU is only selling the Pro S.
I have to admit, I'm a bit jealous of those of you who have friends with spare hoppers to loan out. I don't even have any friends that partake, let alone vape, let alone have spare hoppers lying around. Sigh.
Me too although I think they worded it to me as in the next few weeks. LOL!! I have two in and pretty painful arthritis. Nothing works like the hopper, and I spend a lot more on herb without it. I was hoping for a better answer, but it's better than nothing. I sincerely hope I get them back...
The parts for the component that was identified as being the problem. For me that doesn't denote anything but what it says. I didn't want to copy and paste the whole email, but they did say they identified the problem component, that they couldn't get that manufacturer to fix what they needed to...
Is there some reason to think that they're making anything more than the one component that they said they're now making in-house? I'm confused.
"Dissatisfied and disappointed by the manufacturer's performance, Hopper Labs has since independently identified the problematic component and...
Every single moment of frustration will be fully worth it in my book IF they really did work out their issues and I get two perfectly functioning hoppers back that keep working for at least a year. If that happens I really don't care about anything else. I love my hoppers THAT much.
I really don't need any improvement in performance, I loved my hoppers as they were, except when they incinerated my herb. I always used them at 5 with water. I tried lower settings and found I'm happiest ripping it at 5. I still conserve herb over my other vapes because I can take one hit and...
I think my combustion problem is different then others are experiencing, when my combusts it's like it incinerates the material in a microsecond. It's kind of scary. But when mine started doing that, it would do it at any temp setting. 5 might work normal on one hit and the next one it would...
That's the exact reason both my hoppers are at HL waiting for service now. That's pretty much the only way I use my GHs, is hitting it hard at 5. BUT, in my case, even when I turned it down under 5, ripping it hard through water still made it combust.
