Here is screenshot of my troubleshooting with a customer who claimed that she cannot get any vapor and who thought that she had a defective unit. With couple quick steps, she started enjoying it. I decided to take screenshots and post here. This may help some of the folks out there whom they...
Sounds like you did not apply the firmware upgrade and overcharging the unit may have damaged it. Please PM me your order details and we can take care of you
Please PM me and i can walk you through.
First, please make sure that your firmware reads version 59 on the app. After this, you can use the wall charger with 230V. It has a converter inside so no issues. If your version is not 59, please do the firmware upgrade. You can find it on our website.
There can be possible solutions in terms of a firmware upgrade in the future for this. It is on the “possible improvements” list. The point is that this is not a product specific subject.

The firmware version is on the same screen and it should read version 59 as the latest firmware.
It should not hurt to charge with lower voltage

Most customers who tried both types of bowls commented that the stainless pods add about 2 extra seconds to initial heat up hit but instant afterwards. SS pod owners can comment more.
Thank you all. The discoloration on the pods are normal. These are exposed to high heat. Similar to the cooking trays you place in your convection ovens. In time, they will lose their original color and it is expected. These pods are also exposed to ISO etc so just as any other part, they will...
