Yeah, the ID of the glass in those turbo tubes is 10mm but it's the silicone that's actually meeting and sealing with the glass joint if you use it with the touch. I would not expect it to be stable to leave it in that way but I don't have one to test.
Haptic feedback would be nice but it's a hardware change. Silent mode I think you already have.
Being able to turn off the LED would be nice in some situations.
Absolute madman, muunch. Haha. More power to ya.
It looks like a half-sunny day out there with winter retreating but holy jesus it's colder than a witch's tit in a brass bra. -29F with windchill, sounds like a good day for a hot coffee, a good book and a warm log. As much as I love the wenge...
I'm preferring the two screen method, though I do need a pokey-staby to lever out the 'cap' screen and stir. The screen that came installed in the stock stem is a little deeper than the formed cap screens he includes but I don't think it'd really make a difference to swap them.
Like the sticky...
Diggy - do you have the core o-ring? That'd make glass stems on the air core a lot more convenient. I tried it on mine without one just to see how it'd do but it's not something I'd bother with regularly. Dimmer and a 15V supply would definitely be the more discreet setup. I know I have a 15V...
Hmm... I had just been using a coffee mug for the stems in service with the others in my vape junk drawer. That birch log holder looks pretty sweet though. Nice find.
/And Dave, props on making use of Amazon Smile, that's a pretty cool underutilized feature.
Yeah, just got mine yesterday so still getting used to it but later on I'm gonna try a stem with the screen moved closer to the heater. I was definitely being too cautious with the trigger at first.
Beautiful work, by the way!
No, running without a dimmer in line you still shouldn't have to worry about combustion. My air core runs a bit hotter and I have had some scorching once or twice with oversized, very tightly packed loads but that's easy enough to fix by not over-packing. The design of log vapes results in very...
Picked up a used walnut Jr. First impressions: Stoked. And now pretty vaked. Beautiful wood (I'll get pictures once I get around to re-conditioning, she's pretty dry), fit and finish all very respectable. First two hits were Flavor Country, wispy & low temp. I think my screen is pushed down a...
Some are legit road worn. I was giving a salesman shit about it once and he pulled one off the wall and showed me where the musician had signed it (not a big name but still).
On topic: Continues to look amazing. Incredibly small form factor.
You're correct - the social clubs will not be allowed to sell cigarettes or alcohol. Only weed and edibles (for consumption on premises), non-consumable merchandise, "marijuana accessories", and food.
Yeah, definitely more challenging for first time screen adjusters haha. Someone above posted a tip about grabbing a pen or something to hold the screen from one side while pushing from the other with the condenser.
Jan. 30 would be 30 days from the 31st, actually.
And I'd guess he signed it because he didn't want the papers writing stories about how he refused to sign it but it didn't make a difference. Would make him look weak.
It's funny how different people are in how they're willing/able to use the hopper natively. When I first got it I started using it at around 3-3.5 because of people complaining about harsh vapor. I loved it there so I didn't mess with the temps much for a long time. Recently I've cranked it all...
