Yes you can add a ti tip on the builder, it is quite a big difference imo. The ti tips heat up and cool down twice as fast and also have better airflow. I doubt there's going to be a 2019 M since they just brought out the Shadow M but I may be wrong. Pretty certain it won't be soon if they do.
