In a convection vape the heater will be hotter than the temp in the bowl where you pack your herbs. It has to be so that by the time the air reaches your bowl it's hot enough. Concentrate mode goes up to 500F. I would imagine the heater is getting hotter than that. Too close to the melting point...

I think I'll be taking a pass on the Tera. I've never been a fan of ptfe in my vapes and especially not next to the heating element. I have no idea if it is safe or not just my personal preference.

You should also ask him about the tape on the CFV ceramic rod. I don't understand how it can be unsafe on the Tera and safe on the CFV unless it's due to the higher temperatures of concentrate mode.

Does the Argo produce more vapor than the Air 2? I found the Air 2 to be a little weak in the vapor production department. When I had my Solo 2 though the vapor production was fantastic.
