Use the plastic tooth pic that came with Firefly and gentley put it back in place. You need the get the correct tool and tighten those three screws and you should be good to go. I have had this happen twice. After I've tightened the screws, no problem since.

Like I said, I've been grinding and grinding my whole life. I started using the Firefly with a fingers and scissors shred then a fine grind then went to medium grind. When all is said and done, I personally like the whole bud method as mentioned in other posts. I would have never thunk this.

It sounds as if there is no defects here. We do have a new FF user and a new member learning. They are both fine, when they get over their argument and work out their differences all will be...glowing. And with a second battery there is no battery issue.

Very dry, powdery bud might get through the system but as messy as I am, I have no salad on the tongue. But I do get the best tasting clouds ever. Can't make everyone happy with instant heat, changeable battery, glass bowl and paint that would make any car jealous. Some people like Fiats too.

The dark gray is not the most desiralbe. It was the only color left when I ordered so that's what I got. If I had my preferences it would have been in your face red. The silver matches my hair and beard though.
