You can do a baller upgrade on the DBV, SSV, SSSV & LSV (just did one) with a selection of screens, a foot or so strand of real thin wire and balls. Either troy or troy & jerry have a youTube video from maybe 4-5 years ago which is also referenced in the blog on same.

Although I haven't acquited a TinyMight one yet, I swear by Ed'sTNT wooden Solo stems instead of glass when I'm out and about. Same pluses as your suggested acrylic and it's not a "plastic's" based product.

Take a look at Sneaky Pete's (formed spike screen) or 420EDC (SS screen) high flow stems for your Solo. They're a commercial version of the TableTop Bong stem hack and much more open. And yes, IMO, depending on stem and screen the TinyMight is more open than your examples.

IIRC there's a teardown of the 3 on youTube along with several other devices. I do miss the old PuffItUp teardown pictorials. It was interesting seeing the innards without disassembly.
