    Odd. Mines getting unplugged a couple of times a day, as I move around the house, every day since I got it with no issues... Feel for you man. I'd be gutted to have to go without for a bit. Least you've got a back up :tup:

    I find a tamp down gives me better results than leaving loose. I dunno I think I can get more in that way or something :rofl: But seriously, wispy results with a loose load, but a slight tamp to about 2-3 mm under heater with (about) 5 mm of herb at 6.75 seems to give me the results I'm after...

    ^^* that's pretty much my MO too. But will usually back it down to 6.75 after the pre-heat. Just turned off after 14 hrs on 6.5. One of the things I love about my nano. It's ready whenever you are :tup:

    I have to have mine on 7 max or I'm charring my load. That's with the load at 2-3 mm's from the heat port. Like others I tend to knock it down to 6.5 -6.75 and run it there once it's hot. Wet or dry... I'm using UK power supply with a step down inverter so might have something to do with the...
