J hook is my favourite way to use the supreme. Gets it dirty real quick ;) My go to temp atm is 175-180C, no re-heat :tup:

^^^ this. My supreme always fucks up combusters big time. They always kind of like my other vapes that they try (then roll a joint or light a bowl)... not with the supreme, that stops them in their tracks. That big hit, extracted quickly at reasonably high temps is what's needed imo.

You really think those condensers/fins do anything when it's being used as a stem for a log...? They're only relevant when using the cap/conduction heating surely, and without the cap it's not a Vapcap. :hmm:

@blacksilversurfer Using an extension cord should cool your log a bit too (think you said it's running a bit hot straight from the wall).

To be honest I don't really like the stock short stems that come with the Tubo, so thought I'd grab some alternatives... First off I found some 14mm ground glass joint "blanks" from a company that supplies glass to blowers in the UK. The stem length is 12 cm, and they're are very well made and...

I use a coarse grind, and pack the ground glass directly too as @muunch said (just capping with a basket screen). I probably cram a little more than I should in, so do tend to stir halfway through.

There isn't a heat range to set. Whatever you set it at, it'll run the whole cruise session at that temp... Might be a nice option though :D

The heat exchanger is the block (and plates inside)... But it has a air intake, so anything you put over it would need to still allow for this...
