I just stick my finger down in it, apply some pressure, turn the MV and it usually comes out easily enough.

Been a while since I've used the wand on my LSV so I decided to get it out today. Typically I would take a steady pull on it but this time I puffed on it like a cigar. Definitely better results than I usually get.

What method do you use for concentrates in the cloud? Two-cap, cotton, some other?

I would go with a device that is either specifically designed or is capable of using concentrates. Would remove the need for a torch and glass from the equation.

Being able to pay for a new warranty/contract would be nice.

From the response I got it seems that a second hand cloud has no warranty. It can however be sent in for repairs but it is still without warranty after repair.

I can deal with that. Is that also $150 like the upgrade price?

If it were to break, can it be sent in for repair?

Have pre-owned clouds been discussed? If so, I do apologize. My question is: Do pre-owned clouds still have warranty support? If not, is there any way to get that reinstated?

Also got this coming in now which will be my least diffused pipe.

My latest acquisition. This will be the most diffused piece I have ever owned so I'm anxious to see how it effects the vapor.

My only concern is whether or not actives are lost in those that use more diffusion. I think this has been debated before.
