I'm not a TM owner but many others have reported hearing the buzz. It's fairly common in PWM driven high output vape heaters. If the PWM frequency happens to fall into the audible range, or causes resonance in that range, you get a buzz.

It looks like a 14mm bowl, can't see any reason it wouldn't work with any vape and correctly sized WPA. Definitely would want a big hitter to fill it decently. It's probably too much filtration for realistic individual vaping.
