Very true, I suppose it's just hard to imagine breaking the bamboo without it being your fault and especially proving it. :shrug:

I believe the answer to the last two questions are yes. From my understanding, it is broken bamboo=$150 repair if you have bought a Cloud after the 16th or bought the Cloud+ extended warranty. As far as I know a broken bamboo is not covered under any warranty.

Unless I am mistaken, their is no "new model", this was just an official announcement on improvements gradually made since release. The "Cloud Plus" is just an extended warranty option. Many members here who have had their units retrofitted have said that it has not made a major difference in...

The first sentence of the second paragraph of the manual that I received with my Cloud and on their site reads: Because we use glass as the most critical component of our vaporizer, you will have to take extra caution when using this vaporizer.

I had the instructions sheet , the same that are on the website, inside of my package. I think his just got though without the sheet. :2c: It was a while ago, maybe they stopped shipping them with the manual. :shrug:

My Cloud has been working flawlessly for ~6 months now. Can't wait to hear the news! :drool:

All I will say, as to not get myself in any trouble, is that your opinion and experience with Tom and Pammy is worlds apart from the vast majority of their customers. And that isn't a coincidence. I find it hard to believe they picked favorites as I was treated like family from the first e-mail...
