Perhaps the battery was upgraded for the black unit or changes were made to improve efficiency. I have a chrome unit replacement with a few changes from the original. Mike mentioned awhile back it would be similar to the new black unit just not the black color.

I don't think the battery has changed, I will get the same amount of sessions. What has changed (for me) is I get more sessions with battery power on light blue and less on red. Works out to be the same

If it gets so hot you feel you need to hold it by the lid something's wrong. Either your ultra sensitive to heat or you have a defective unit. I use mine on purple all the time with no discomfort.

I I also have a vapir2 and solo. I may be biased cause the vapir2 was my first vape, but I actually like the vapir2 better. I get thicker more consistent clouds with less draw restriction. I do like the solo, it has better build quality, slightly better taste, and is smaller. IMO you can't go...

I just use the screen in the bottom and one laying across the top. I've found the upper one unnecessary. Also I think the vapir2 to have the least draw resistance out of the few portables I've tried

I love the vapir2 and I've read some awful reviews on it. Some people have an agenda, some are idiots,and some just genuinely have a different experience. Sometimes ya never know till you try something yourself. Thinking of trying the titan 1. It looks smaller than the 2? Under 50$ now...

Don't force it and break it like my dum ass did. Heat it up to 7, wait about 10 minutes, it should now slide in with minimal effort. After the first couple sessions it will slide in (giggity) much easier...
