I had the same issue with two of the early models. I have a newer one now (Mike from Indica always took good care of me) that's been working perfect so far. Hopefully the early flaw was fixed and this is just a rare occurrence. I'm sure Mike will take care of you. Keep us posted...

Does it taste burnt? Is the temp fluctuating up and down? If so I had the same problem with my first no2. Somehow the thermostat in the unit is not reading correctly, turning on the oven when already at correct temp. Mine was covered in resin so I cleaned it, ran it upside down for 20 min...

Another thing to keep in mind is high quality dry erb will produce more thicker clouds.

Sounds like resin buildup in erb chamber. Clean with iso and do a couple burn offs.

I used sand cloth to give my 1st indica a brushed look. The thing I didn't like was it gave the metal a rough feel. Try a small area first to see if you like..

Sounds defective, hope you can send it back. One last thing to double check, make sure the plug is all the way in the unit, mine was going on and off when loose. Good luck!

If the whip is missing its probably an open box, I would guess defective. On a side note, if your erb isnt completely dry, it can take up to 5 minutes to get thick vapor....in my experience...

Not dumb, I thought something was wrong first time I heard it. Always clean bowl and airpath when warm, cleans better. Highly resinous meds and/or lack of cleaning cause it.

The hissing is common. Keep her clean.
