Good advice above about using ABV/peanut butter without heat. The easy thing without being able to cook would be Everclear/Vodka soak for the ABV...strain and drink the liquid. Be careful though....a tad too much and you'll be too high for 18-24hrs and sometimes...it isn't pretty.
