I don't want to encourage anyone to cancel their orders. But I just wanted to relay that GH was very quick to answer my email and issue the refund for my pre-order, within 36 hours. Props to them. That alone will probably make me buy one whenever they retail and have been reviewed by users.

If that's the case I'm glad I requested my refund when I did...Getting my money back from Paypal is a different story though.

I don't think so. A 10 minute heat up is achievable by starting at 9-10 then lowering after 5 minutes or so. Also, I bump up 1 heat setting in about 30 seconds, unless your talking about going from 4 to 7.

I use a very small Swiss Army knife to scrape that black gold off of the walls of my GonGs, with another small metal tool roll it all into a ball and dip into into herb to coat it so it's not sticky on the outside anymore so you can handle or store it. It's heavily sedating.

Edit: All my frustration and criticism with the GH comes down to this, and I swear this is the last I'll post about it till it ships... and I think it will. I think the GH team knew in March when I preordered there was no way they were going to ship in May. I think they needed money to continue...

Cool. Do you know how it compares to a D020-D? We're you able to find tubing that you can't taste? I'm also concerned about loss of vapor with that long path. That tube is gonna collect alot of oil, no? Is the mouthpiece really as thin and fragile as people are saying?
