I'm sorry I missed this. If it is like the first SK adapter, you just push it in from the bottom. The bottom of the adapter fits flat against the bottom of the wand.

I forgot about that element. That is something I would really like to have. If I understand correctly, the threads are not the same, and you can't replace the old one with the new one.
