Sapphire and Ruby inserts for bangers

Yes, not to mention the color change on the WH is for indicating a torch temperature, with a PID you have a way more consistent temperature with the controller so you wouldn't use that color anyways.

Sapphire and Ruby inserts for bangers

Sapphire and Ruby have the same composition and structure so they should have identical thermal properties. Alumina ceramic (divine tribe v3, Puffco peak, etc) is also Al203 but not structured in the same crystalline lattice which gives it different thermal properties. It's cool the Ruby has...

    Dabpress Rosin Plates

I agree, A 3x3 plate is plenty for most - doing 7g bottle tech bags, you can squish an oz in 10-15 minutes or so with everything prepped up.

Sapphire and Ruby inserts for bangers

These would be perfect for hooking up to a 25mm coil!

    Coughing up Phlem/Mucus

What size is your DC banger? 25mm? if the SiC halo is out of your budget, Grab a 25mm Disorderly Conduction coil for your DC banger and hook it to a PID. Great dab experience.

Daily smokers, why are you still buying China glass?

A Ferrari owner is probably the target customer for a $5000 pipe.

Sharing Tech. 440°-545° dabs with quartz inserts

Any material started from ambient temperatures will have a longer thermal curve. But since quartz has the lowest thermal conductivity, it does in fact have the longest thermal curve. I don't see how that's subjective. I didn't say it automatically has the best flavor or anything, since taste is...

If you can't see that an insert drop is ALWAYS going to be an uptemp hit then you're stoned lol. Dnail suggests 350F for SIC and 425F for other materials, to start exactly what I said above. I'm not even sure what you're disagreeing with to be honest

    Puffco Peak

I'm not saying I disagree with you that's just been my experience in this industry. As legalization furthers hopefully these things improve.

    Puffco Peak

I'm not trying to punch you while you're down or anything but unfortunately that's pretty standard policy for this industry, no?

An insert drop is an uptemp hit. D-nail's guide lists suggested starting temperature at 350-425 because the cool down time between hits would have been unreasonable to start from like 70F on the enail; but that's the effect of doing a legit insert drop. BTW Fadespace makes a silicon...

Sharing Tech. 440°-545° dabs with quartz inserts

I believe technically a quartz insert drop as noted in this threads original post has the longest thermal curve of all since it starts from ambient temperature. That was one of D-nail's main criteria but would be a hassle without an insert as you would otherwise have to start your enail from...

    Coughing up Phlem/Mucus

That's just how quartz is when torching. You could try an insert for uptemp drops or an enail coil if you wanted better temperature control. Do you smoke flower?

    Coughing up Phlem/Mucus

Can you Q tip your nail clean after that dab or does a bunch of gunk burn on to the bottom with that torch timing?

    Coughing up Phlem/Mucus

It's good that your body is coughing it up, that's all stuff you want to expel. Rosin is a full spectrum plant medicine which makes it different from most extracts on the market. I would be more worried of some of these solvent extractions which may cause the condensed vapor to they stay lodged...

The uptemp is a wonderful thing. I just set my temp to 600 and push the power button on my PID and wait for the temp to fall to whatever I want to start my hit at, 450-500F, then I press the power button again and start dabbing.

    Dr Dabber Switch (Induction Vaporizer)

What is the diameter on the quartz dish? I'm surprised to see such a small nail on such a large device. IMO on first glance this will likely suffer the same fate as all portables, not enough surface area in the dish which leads to pooling and higher temperatures needed for vaporization.
