The freeze dried guys all claim they preserve terpenes, but I question how far that process goes unless the hash is continually stored as those temps. Kinda like if you were preserving bodies at cryo temps... and the nitrogen ran out.

If the structure was different then the end result simply would not be a sapphire or a ruby. These gemstones are defined by their purity. Your goofy cheeseburger semantics are surely confusing and have little to do with the thermal properties of crystalline Al203.
