Do you have an accurate scale? One that will read say .01 gram steps? Weigh the lighter 'empty' and use that weight. They typically hold a few grams and work 'fairly normally' down to .25 or so. Just weigh it from time to time and top it up when it gets close. Knowing how much it weights...
