Yes you don't get cloud back. I think it's a good idea if you have a working cloud, but I have a non functioning cloud under warranty and would just be happy to have it fixed! As it will cost me $50 to send it back the trade in not so good

It's not that it's that when they were waiting on packaging they didn't even have a model ready for market! All beta testing should of been done a long time ago. Instead of promo videos without a product. I understand things go wrong but think its been handled badly

What I meant was the u piece adaptor is designed for ascent for oils as it needs to be right way, but you can use the straight ones for flowers. None of them are bubblers.
