I ordered through their website with no trouble. Just put order through then select uk when putting address.

For the pnwt it was $50 shipping was $5

Hey, I wasn't implying anything, and I have ordered one either way. It was only a question because in one of the vb threads someone said you could buy the seconds cheaper. Think it was original pinnacle thread but could of been solo. Anyway thanks for quick replys guys

Think it's bad it's down to us to pay postage on something that's defective! Fair enough if nothing wrong with unit but it cost $110 to have it shipped to me first time, sending back and forward it would be cheaper to chuck it away Edit. Just reread and that's for a return, will wait and see...
