How long did it take to hear back from davinci? I have heard back from rep on here but nothing in reply to emails to customer services or anything from two emails sent a month ago?

Have same issue with mouthpiece, but not so bothered its more the fact my buttons are wrong. -raises temp and +lowers temp.

Received my davinci ascent today. And a bit disappointed with build quality. My buttons are the wrong way round? A small problem I know. Anyone else have same problem?

For those that have been tracking their deliveries how accurate was the estimated delivery date? It's saying mine will be delivered tomorrow which seems really quick :)

I've gone for medium, thinking USA sizes are larger than uk, but not sure as everywhere I check gives a different chest size?

For wake and vape! I would use alcohol swab, the sort they use to wash skin before an injection and a qtip or toothpic to push it with. How I keep my solo looking brand new. Hope it helps

If it is because they are waiting for enough units for distributors I won't be happy! As I could of got it cheaper from one of them, only reason I went through davinci was because we were meant to get them first! But I will wait and see what happens

I understand people being upset. But I don't think davinci is going to take money and run! Look at the way they have handled customer service with original davinci, pretty good from what I have seen on here. I think they will receive them fairly soon and ship ASAP! And yes I have already paid...

Would like to know total number of fanatics once campaign has ended, at the moment it's impossible to tell due to anonymous donations and people upgrading. Glad they hit target, roll on end of October. :)
