Just to say received my replacement crafty today. 9 day turnaround :). Received a completely new unit charger etc... Am so pleased to have crafty back. Thanks S&B for the no hassle replacement

Just had confirmation of parcel arriving on thurs from s&b! Should be either new or repaired crafty, can't wait the air just doesn't perform anywhere near close to crafty. Glad to have it as a back up though.

Also wanted one of these but still waiting on evo's from campaign in 2013! So will wait till they are out and tested.

I would use it as normal till it dies then send it for warranty when it gives red/orange light show. I'm hoping to get mine back next week.

@El Barto . Sounds like your unit is going to die soon. Are you using it as a main driver?

I had this problem and it was fixed by turning phone off and restarting!

Depends how much you want to use it? One is a plug in the others are portable. (I know they can be used while plugged in,but they are still portables) I think the crafty hits like an evo but it's not made to be heavily used like an evo. It's a portable for on the go. JMO

To anyone that sent crafty back, do they mean just unit without CU? Not sure what they mean by valve? T.I.A

@h3rbalist no problem. 70hrs , it was used as a main driver which it's not made for. im still happy with the unit and think it's a great design. So much so i plan on getting a volcano to go with it. So have emailed storz and bickel about next step. No I wasn't charging and using unit when it...

It's just the way I had to replace top screen? So thought would do the same for bottom. Not extreme dome just slight flex to stop it scratching

If you dome screen it won't touch sides then push dome when in place to seat it securely? Or this will be what I do when I need to. Hope it helps

So it's changed from before Xmas to start of jan. Now silence It's been three weeks for a year. And every vape I have bought from abroad apart from cloud and air have been sent as replacements and I haven't paid any duty?

Vapefiend is normally pretty reliable with info. So my guess is he has had confirmation of shipment or possibly customs clearance.

Just reached 45hrs on my crafty. Agree it's low maintenance. And so far trouble free :)

The red and blue just means it needs to cool down, takes about a minute then it will continue to charge as normal

Iphone 4 is not compatible. I think it's from the 4s onwards.
