S&B told me there are no such thing as authorised sellers, if the serial number is legit it's covered. I checked with them before buying

@treeman The green and red is the auto shut off! Just turn off turn dial down turn on and turn dial back up. Hope it helps

I don't see the problem with customer service? You follow the instructions that are given. Send unit off and receive a replacement. I found it to be a hassle free experience especially compared to other well known brands on these boards.

@Hotz in the 4000. Firmware still 4,02 but performing great. And pleased with the whole process. Got extra bits which covered the postage I paid to send it in. So I'm not left feeling out of pocket
