Yup, been there done that. It's like a weird sickly sweet taste huh? Health info on burning nickel-chromium wire anyone? lol (I don't think it's that bad. Probably the wire melting with high temps changes the oil taste, rather than actual combustion of the metal wire.)

You missed the best part: And I calculated it to be 20 watts at 400F and 10 watts at 380F. (It's un-calibrated so the temps could be different) So it can be like hitting two mflb's simultaneously for 15 mins or like hitting a single one for half a freaking hour! :brow:

Wow, 31 minutes means only 1.355 amps! That's 10.03 watts, exactly the same as the mflb but with a 30min runtime :clap:

So 15 minutes at 400F (which could be a diff temp) and 30 mins and counting at 380 F (which could also be diff) Is that right so far? EDIT: It's shaping up nicely!

That's surprising! 42,000ma-minutes divided by 25 minutes is 1.68 amps 7.4v * 1.68 = 12.4 watts And if it's still going can it really be less than 12 watts at 380F?
