That is likely because alcohol, can shatter the acrylic, and it will look like a spiderweb, and eventually fall apart. EDIT: I stand corrected. Recent posts have clarified that diluted alcohol is safe enough , and that "image" was the issue, as explained here:

I had to re-do this video 4 times. I used sound effects that I have used before in dozens of videos. The music they complained about was during the first 8 seconds of the video. This, the 4th version was acceptable to the powers that be.

I did a few hits from the SSV during a Bowle recharge. I even moved the Volcano from the kitchen counter temporarily... to the fridge top. All of my vaporizers period! (at least for the time being) :tup:
