I just started using the IO. My OG is still reliable... every sash, every time. So far the IO is as reliable and then some. It's faster!

I'm glad somebody else said it. I am not happy about the dropping of the ball on existing customers either, but without the repetition it would be easier to find and read: new posts and learn of new issues about others with similar issues signs of improvement from Company Issues resolving...

I just started using the Hopper IO I am impressed with the changes and improvements over my OG unit. The older one still works great, but next to this it seems slow!

It seems that no matter how you add these pieces up, it is over $200 USD I do enjoy the Splinter V2 though!

My OG Hopper has begun to slow a bit to go from red to blue.... even with new batteries. I have been one also. For just shy of a year, there has been perfect performance. It still performs flawlessly, but as I said .. it takes a few extra seconds to go "blue".

I do not grind with the potter. I pre-grind, then throw my ground herb in the potter... OR, even more often, I fill them manually. At least you have a couple of spares that came with unit. After the rings touch Iso, rinse them fast... and blot them dry totally and they will be OK..... and you...

I grind my herb in my NewVape or SCS, and then throw it into the Potter. I use the Potter as a "Potter".. a distribution system for the Crucibles. I prefer the grind and the vape results.

I have experienced it a couple of times. The second time I was quick enough to inhale and see that while green light is engaged the heater is definitely on, as I got a great "no button" hit. It is a cycling/function detail, hard to duplicate on request. It has not repeated itself after those 2...
