Since none of us can see the vape, or try to help in person, I can ask obvious questions... By the time the questions are asked, perhaps the vape will have begun to perform. Is house very unusually cold? Is unit fully charged? Do the lights light up green for a few seconds before the blue? Start...

I just did a session in the Legacy. Like you said... it heats fast. I am not sure if I read this right.. perhaps you mean the conduction of the electronics. The Legacy is a 100% convection Vaporizer. My session was great, but the flavors were not my favorite.
