So, upon researching I found they pretty much have exactly the same panel, except the OMEN has a slightly newer version. All I know is that is has slimmer edges allowing for the smaller bezel on it. In reality, I don't care and slim, non-glossy bezels aren't worth the $300 diff for me. Waiting...

It's not like a mod costs a ton. You can probably buy a mod powerful enough for this thing for around $50 if not less. I'd wager around half of the people on this site have 18650s. If not they cost like $3 each lol and it's pretty rare for them to be included with the price of the device...
