I never timed it empty but mine is pretty consistent in regular use: 45s to medium, 60s to hot. If you turn it off, flip the bowl, and put it back in while it's still hot you can get back to temp within 15s. I also suspect there is another source for these o-rings, but I don't plan to replace...

Mine just slipped onto tile and left a small flat spot on the metal case, you could take a pic for us, but I think it will be ok. The Pax is pretty rugged, and unless the switch mechanism breaks there really isn't anything internal that a normal drop could damage.

I've dropped mine a bunch, and I carry it in my pocket with some knarley keys, wear the battle scars with pride! How big of a dent? Did it crack the plastic? Or just a little flat spot on the aluminum?

Brand new cars have issues all the time, even "reliable" brands. That's what the warranty is for, and that sure makes it feel like a non-issue... worst case scenario = you're disappointed for a few days? That's just not enough to make me to miss out on the modern vaping revolution! :spliff:

I really don't think the Pax issues are much different than the Inh issues: very rarely, someone has a device that won't turn on. Easily fix it yourself or get a new one = problem solved. I don't see how the Pax is any worse than the Inh in that department, and actually almost all modern...

Inhalater = Less portable but you will use a bit less bud (it sounds like) Pax = Sexy & portable, but you pay for the big hits with the massive bowl (uses a bit more bud)

Clean iso would probably work too, but the thing is once you get resin down there it's not coming back unless you open it and clean it. You could flush the resin away from the switch with iso or simple green but it might wash it onto the electronics... Like others and myself have said, the...

Yeah, I updated that pic: (the flat side is smooth so the right edge stays sharp) The half-round one specifically... The flat side of the file is smooth so keep it at a / kind of angle and use the edge of the file to grind the left ridge only!

Ok I lied, cleaning the mouthpiece is the only time I like to use iso on the Pax. Drop it in a ziploc, add a little iso, shake and swirl for 30s or so, empty, rinse with water and clean with a paper towel, perfect mouthpiece in under a minute. Now, I think I might have an interesting...

Looking back the battery life does seem to be 90 minutes to the Pax's 70 so that's pretty good! But heat up time seems to be almost a minute on max (same as Pax) and about 45s to normal vape temp (same as Pax) so I guess that's a draw. I would like to try the Inh to see how the easier draw...

I charge every night, just like a cellphone. Usually, the Pax lasts me all day long! (Many bowls.) The proper packing force for the Pax is becoming somewhat of an art for me. If you pack a little bit harder each time, and then pack a little less hard when you get a bowl that won't tap out...

Do you have a Pax? How does the Inh compare in heat up time? Battery life? Bowl capacity? :D Hehehe don't worry it sounds like the Inh has the Pax beat in overall efficiency, and the ability to carry pre-loaded bowls!
